The purpose of this folder is to report any programs which are not paying. Threads from the Currently paying HYIPs folder will eventually move over here once they stop paying.
Programs which are scams, and those that have closed but promised refunds will also be placed here.
Please show the name of the program in the Title, and if possible the URL in the post. This helps easier identification of the program for other members.
