Yes I have been paid already!!! The advertisers are only going to pay when the survey is completed and when you do your part to complete surveys as well as having your friends join & you all will get paid. I admit it sounded funny to me at first but after seeing what happened once all of my Facebook friends joined & then their friends joined I was convinced when my Paypal account got a early Christmas Bonus!!!
